This Investor Charter lays down the rights, responsibilities and grievance redressal mechanism for investors dealing with Pride Trading Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (Research Analyst).

How we work for investors
- To publish research reports based on the research activities of the Research Analyst.
- To provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendations while disclosing any financial interest in recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- To conduct audit of processes and compliances annually.
- To ensure all advertisements adhere to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- To maintain records of interactions with all clients and prospective clients where research services were discussed.
C. Services Provided to Investors
Onboarding, disclosures and conduct
Onboarding of Clients
- Sharing of terms and conditions of research services.
- Completing KYC of fee-paying clients.
Disclosure to Clients
- Disclose all material information required for an informed decision – business activity, disciplinary history, terms of research services, associates, risks and conflicts of interest.
- Disclose the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence tools in providing research services.
- When distributing third-party research reports, disclose material conflict of interest of such third-party provider or provide web address to the relevant disclosures.
- Disclose any conflict of interest between research services and other activities of the Research Analyst.
- Distribute research reports and recommendations without discrimination.
- Maintain confidentiality until research report is made available in the public domain.
- Respect data privacy rights of clients and protect against unauthorised use of confidential information.
- Disclose timelines for services and ensure adherence.
- Provide clear guidance and adequate caution notices for complex and high-risk products/services.
- Treat all clients with honesty and integrity.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information except when required by law or with client consent.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
How investors can raise and resolve complaints
Investors can lodge complaints/grievances against the Research Analyst using the following modes:
- Directly with the Research Analyst – grievances shall be addressed immediately, but not later than 21 days from receipt.
- On SEBI SCORES 2.0 grievance redressal portal – SEBI’s web-based centralized grievance redressal system.
- First review by the designated body (RAASB) followed by second review by SEBI, wherever applicable.
- Email to the designated email ID of RAASB for grievances.
- If not satisfied with the resolution, a complaint can be filed on the SMART ODR online dispute resolution platform for online conciliation or arbitration.

Do’s – Good Practices
- Always deal with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst.
- Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid SEBI registration certificate.
- Check for the SEBI registration number and verify it in the SEBI Registered Research Analysts List.
- Always pay attention towards disclosures made in the research reports before investing.
- Pay your Research Analyst through banking channels only and maintain duly signed receipts with payment details.
- You may pay fees through Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) of RAASB, if opted by the Research Analyst. (For fee-paying clients).
- Before buying/selling securities or applying in public offer, check the research recommendation by your Research Analyst.
- Ask all relevant questions and clear your doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
- Seek clarifications and guidance, especially for complex and high-risk financial products and services.
- Be aware that you have the right to stop availing the service of a Research Analyst as per agreed terms.
- Be aware that you have the right to provide feedback to your Research Analyst.
- Be aware that you will not be bound by any clause that contravenes any regulatory provisions.
- Inform SEBI about any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Don’ts – Avoid These
- Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
- Don’t fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumours.
- Do not get attracted to limited period discounts, incentives, gifts etc. offered by Research Analyst.
- Do not share login credentials or passwords of your trading, demat or bank accounts with the Research Analyst.
