About Us
PrideCons (Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited) is a SEBI-registered research analyst firm headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat. Founded in 2022, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compliance-first financial research to retail investors and traders across India.
We bridge the gap between professional research-driven market analysis and the everyday Indian investor. Whether you are a first-time investor trying to understand the stock market or an experienced trader looking for commodity market research and analysis, PrideCons delivers research designed to support informed investment decisions.
Our work spans NSE equity research, MCX commodity analysis, IPO evaluation, and structured investor education — all under one SEBI-regulated roof.

PrideCons was recognized by Startup India (Reg: DPIIT 38800) and enlisted on BSE (No. 5634), reflecting our credibility within India's financial ecosystem.

Why Trust Us
India's financial content space is filled with unregistered tip providers, social media influencers, and anonymous channels. Here is what sets PrideCons apart:
PrideCons operates under a perpetual SEBI Research Analyst registration (INH000010362). Unlike thousands of unregistered 'tipsters,' every recommendation we publish is filed, traceable, and fully compliant with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. You know exactly who is giving you research and under what license.
PrideCons follows policies and compliance procedures designed to identify, disclose, and manage potential conflicts of interest in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations. Any material conflicts, where applicable, are disclosed in line with regulatory requirements.
Research publications and market views at PrideCons are supported by data, charts, and documented reasoning — not WhatsApp forwards, social media buzz, or insider rumours. We show our work so you understand the basis of every recommendation.
Our reports are written in plain language. We avoid unnecessary jargon, over-complicated charts, and confusing technical language. If a recommendation cannot be explained clearly to a retail investor, we do not publish it.
Our recognition from DPIIT's Startup India program and enlistment on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE No. 5634) are independent validations of our institutional credibility and commitment to operating within India's formal financial framework.
Research Methodology
Transparency in how we arrive at our recommendations is as important as the recommendations themselves. Below is an overview of the research process PrideCons follows for its key service areas.
Our equity research follows a structured, multi-step process:
We screen NSE-listed stocks using quantitative filters: revenue growth, earnings consistency, return on equity (ROE), debt-to-equity ratio, and promoter holding trends. This narrows our coverage to fundamentally sound businesses.
We dive deep into the company's financials — studying balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow patterns, and comparing valuation multiples such as P/E, EV/EBITDA, and P/B against sector peers. We also evaluate management quality, business model sustainability, and regulatory environment.
Fundamentals tell us what to buy. Technicals tell us when to buy. We use price-action analysis, moving averages (SMA/EMA), RSI, MACD, volume patterns, and Fibonacci levels to identify optimal entry and exit zones.
Every recommendation includes a defined stop-loss level and risk-to-reward ratio. We do not publish calls without a clear downside scenario. Risk management is not an afterthought — it is built into every report from day one.
Recommendations are published through our platform with date and price stamps. We track and review open positions regularly, updating subscribers on target revisions or exit signals as market conditions evolve.
We monitor international commodity benchmarks — COMEX for gold and silver, NYMEX for crude oil, CBOT for agro-commodities — and analyse their directional influence on MCX prices.
The USD/INR exchange rate significantly affects MCX prices. We factor currency movements into all commodity calls.
For agricultural commodities, we account for monsoon data, sowing-harvest cycles, and government MSP support price announcements.
MCX charts are analysed using pivot levels, Bollinger Bands, and volume-price analysis to generate precise intraday and positional call levels.
Our IPO analysis evaluates each issue across the following parameters before a recommendation is issued:
Promoter background, track record, and shareholding pattern
Revenue growth, profitability, and balance sheet strength over the past 3 years
Comparison of IPO valuation vs listed peers in the same sector
Utilisation of IPO proceeds — growth capex vs debt repayment vs promoter exit
Grey Market Premium (GMP) trend as a market sentiment indicator
Retail investor category (RII) subscription levels and QIB demand
Overall market conditions and sectoral sentiment at the time of listing
