We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account data. If you wish to delete your account, you can request deletion directly from the app by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the app to submit your deletion request.

Open the App

Launch the PrideOne app and log in to the account you want to delete.

Go to the Side Navigation Menu

Open the side menu from the app and locate the Delete Account option.

Tap on Delete Account

Select the Delete Account button available in the side navigation menu.

Confirm Your Request

Carefully review the warning message and confirm that you want to delete your account.

Deletion Process

Once confirmed, your account may be deactivated immediately, and your personal data will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days.
